We developed an AI-powered pricing assistant that instantly generates accurate refurbishment cost estimates based on project parameters (square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, and specification level). The AI was trained on the company's proprietary cost data from their Executive Summary and Elemental Breakdown spreadsheets. The system provides both high-level estimates and detailed cost breakdowns, explaining how total costs are distributed across building work, finishes, joinery, and professional fees—all in natural language.
